Being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, I felt the effects of sustained stress on my body and started learning more about the interconnectedness of a healthy body and optimal wellness. It served as a pivotal point for me and I soon became certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Worldlink Medical and started my certification journey in Functional Medicine through IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine).
